Just as we left the building, our newest member arrived…

We welcome  Bryan Courtney, and although his favourite coffee mug hasn’t even made it onto his desk yet, he is already making an impact as Executive Creative Director.

Bryan is an award-winning creative with a strategic mind honed through 18-years of experience with the likes of Ogilvy, TBWA and Saatchi & Saatchi amongst others. Right from our very first discussions it was clear that Bryan was strongly aligned with our belief in building brands with purpose and our ethos of valuing the consumer as an individual whilst using data sets to inform and guide our decisions.

Straight-up and energetic, with bold ideas, Bryan is a natural people person, someone who quickly ‘gets’ the brief and can motivate the team towards the best outcome. His success is rooted in his love for people, and a fascination with human behaviour.

On the question of “Why Whalleys?” Bryan replied:

“I am impressed by the level of thought that has gone into the future focus of the agency. It’s refreshing to work with such a diverse set of skills, albeit remotely right now! I share Whalley’s approach to developing effective business and creative solutions, by digging into the needs and life experience of the humans we need to engage with. The fact that we have been able to work so closely, while being apart, shows just how The Whalley Collective embodies the true meaning of the word ‘collective’. It’s a business well-positioned to help unpack the bizarre world of the new normal for our clients brands.”
