CHALLENGE
Nashua franchise sales teams were having difficulty evolving from selling traditional print solutions to their bigger ‘Total Workspace Provider’ basket of technologies. We were asked to develop a campaign that would help them to open conversations with customers – and give them the confidence to do so.
INSIGHT
Many South African SME’s know they need to use technology better, but they are dealing with multiple service providers, pushing products not solutions to their pain points.
SOLUTION
We researched South African SME challenges and risks and set about defining the pillars of a future-proofed business. A future-proof brochure that unpacked these pillars, followed by a checklist, helped sales people identify customer pain points and highlight an ecosystem of Nashua solutions that addressed them – without leading with a product hard sell.
We amplified the future-proof campaign and generated leads on OOH, print, social and targeted email.
RESULTS
This simple approach was popular with the franchise teams to stimulate customer conversations, and has been successfully used in subsequent business development initiatives.
